I don't see governments allowing KYC platforms to essentially negate KYC on the platform.

Maybe I'm missing something.

Ecash works with KYC if that's desirable.

Then how is it private?

It just doesnt make sense to me for them to require KYC and then allow such platforms to offer private ecash. It seems that the whole point is to track the movement of value. Unless you're saying they can still do the tracking bit.
