I'm really loving being able to pull my sats off of Strike over LN. It's not the gold standard that Sparkswap was, but we're getting closer.

I've found that pulling sats 200K at a time is the sweet spot.

On a related note, if anyone is willing to give me more incoming liquidity, I'd be much obliged.
