A lot of the miners are KYC’d and the biggest miners are public companies. They can make you KYC to buy from them eventually.
I agree that it has gotten a lot harder but it's still possible. You just need the right connections.
What’s the process there?
You find a miner and buy directly from them. Newly minted coins have no transaction record.
