near the transfer station between gaula and santa cruz... there's a crazy cliff on the east side of it with these apartments with a huge text something like "cliffside apartments"
it has all graffiti in it like it looks like some kind of squatters were there at one time
it's just down towards the coast side from the restaurant "So Espeto"
