My brother had the same problem, although not in the fireworks industry. He’s got a babyface & was having trouble getting respect cuz he was 35 looking 19, grew a beard & it’s all good.

He shaved it off when he hit 60 & he’s now passing for 45ish. Wish I had that problem, but I don’t have a babyface, and growing a beard would be seriously detrimental to gaining respect for me
