Might be somewhat exaggerated, but Walter Isaacson biography said something similar.... Elon's "demon mode" where he just attacks and yells at people. (Butterfly meme) is this effective management?

I *wish* he just stuck with the dream of space colonization, because everything since then has been diminishing returns IMHO.
