Please allow us to clarify that the updated requirements, effective June 25, 2025, are in accordance with regulatory guidelines set by the relevant government authorities (desperately trying to deflect surety on the Government, hey, it's not us, it's those bad guys over there). Bangkok Bank is required to comply with these regulations,(true, but this one must have been pull out of the library of your ass because I can't find it) which stipulate that customers requesting bank certificates for visa applications must maintain a frozen deposit of either 400,000 THB or 800,000 THB in their account for a minimum of 4 months prior to issuance. This policy applies to both new and existing account holders seeking documentation for immigration purposes.

(None of the regulations actually apply to me)

We understand your frustration (How much more condescending can these dipshits be) and regret any impression that our staff may have acted insensitively(the staff actually laughed in my face). Please be assured that our intention is never to cause harm or distress to our valued customers (too late demon spawn, in fact this email is specifically designed to gaslight me into believing you didn't make this all up) We are committed to treating all customers with respect and empathy(oh, is that why the bank manager assaulted me in front of everyone, push a 60 year old man from behind, used the police to cause fear and alarm forcing me out of the branch when I was demanding a copy of the "request for Certificate of Deposit and pledge deposit form", and we take your feedback seriously.
