Cabbage roll casserole?? Tell me more...
Instead of boiling and separating the cabbage leaves to roll with your meat filling. Just chop and sauté with rest of the ingredients then bake to bring it all together. I like when the cabbage gets slightly charred.
Genius 🤯. I'm going to have to give this a whirl. Soups are also underrated. Lasagna soup is one of my favorite ways to make lasagna 😂😂

All the parts of lasagna but soup 😂. Frilly noodles, ground beef, diced tomatoes, spinach, onion, garlic, etc. in broth with a dollop of ricotta on top. With a bit of garlic bread on the side...SO. GOOD.
