if you would notice, many of the OSINTs are actually partisan. Anything that go video boom boom. tapping into people's fears... then push a narrative. blue side, red side. I'd assume some of them are actually some individual.

There quite a few possible funding sources for an OSINT Scrutiny.... Intelligence agencies, governments.... :/
