It’s not medically relevant. I could say “it’s not relevant” or “I have the right not to answer” or “ yes, I do but I don’t see how that’s relevant” -all of those responses elevate the situation negatively against you.

Ask a uniformed, irrelevant question, and I’ll give you an answer. You can verify that answer if you’d like, but imo misinforming them of something they have no business in asking/knowing is different than being a liar.
