If only the US had to submit to the same austerity measures that it imposes on the rest of the world. A multi-polar world weaken the US, but would strengthen the future of humanity.
The IMF doesn't blink withouta approval from Washington. This is why the BRICS group has been formed so smaller countries don't have to be blackmailed by the IMF going forward. The multi-polar world is being ushered in, infront of our eyes right now...

The US is submitting to austerity measures, the ordinary people suffer, a third of them are on food stamps and illiterate, and its a vicious cylce. Their rich oligarchs profit, mainly the military industrial complex, hence the reason for all the wars and zero health care. However, with the multipolar world now emerging, even their ologarchs will suffer austerity very soon. The USA is isolating itself....some say this is premature to think, howewever, its happening gradually. Might not be tomorrow or next year, but by the next decade the USA will beging a rapid decline....
Fragmentation is inevitable. Just a matter of time.
