As a kid I started from listening to some shit. Then there was my parents music like Abba and stuff. Then Dire Straits, Marillion. Then somehow I discovered Black Sabbath and everything changed Metal took me by storm. Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Metallica, Anthrax, Death, Tiamat, Tool , you name it. I listened to all of that. It is still with me. There never was better music than in 80s and 90s. Everything great.. almost.
Anyway, I had some friends listening to Depeche Mode. It was good music but not my style. I was never fan but apreciated their style. They were unique for a fact.
Years have passed and while still listening to Slayer I find out now how good is this Depeche Mode. Everything they’ve done for all these years. Damn’ good. Great music. Some covers are well done but not as originals.
