Cleanliness is one of the most important steps to good coffee. Partially why I love simple manual coffee makers, easy to disassemble and clean every time.

I'm sold. I thought I was regularly cleaning everything well, but the parts weren't dishwasher-safe, and needed micro-attention apparently.

yeah to be fair most grinders are a pain in the ass to clean
