Vous savez qu'il a *noté et *noté mais tout dépend si c'est pour soi-même ou pour autrui ou ...Dans le premier cas c'est beaucoup plus Boring puisque je vous avoue que si nous tous nous nous individuellement mettons à poster en fonction de nos états, e-moi , vous imaginez 😢 certains d'entre nous finiraint en situation de Burnout . M'est avis la prise de recul des écrans est plus qu' indispensable .
