Interesting! I do not. I have honestly never heard about that but that somewhat makes sense and maybe harkens back to some of the Indian origins of ghee.

I will have to do more research into that! For now it's made as soon as I have the butter available. I am planning though on experimenting with different types of ghee, like a garlic/rosemary infused ghee and perhaps a cultured ghee as well now.

i make some once a week but may start shifting towards you because it is definitely work! ill order some soon to try. Ghee is the best for cooking with!
