well thank you for the very thoughtful reply and thank you for reading! I hope I haven't muddled this complex conversation about Bitcoin, money, technology, and all of the good, bad, and ugly that comes along with it. my goal really is to be a pure signal amongst the noise of the nutjobs, who I believe have been identified quite thoroughly by the Bitcoin community itself, and so Nostr has become a refuge for us all in keeping the vibes immaculate, as they say.

as for the question of Christianity and how it elucidates the broader scope of human progress, I would say that the Bible is the greatest training manual for pattern recognition in human history, and it should never be condensed into platitudes for our own consumption, so it is imperative to read the whole thing from front to back.

I would also recommend the Catholic Bible since it contains even more detailed information and narrative concerning the patterns of human history and our relationship with God as the arbiter of our destiny.

I did watch this interview with Peter, though I must say that I understand his perspective and the chasm he is attempting to bridge on behalf of those who might wish for an exit ramp from over two decades of cultish apostasy from true Western values and, especially, from the Christian tradition itself.

I'm not sure anyone in my generation has been more of a skeptic of and contender against the transhumanist agenda as I have, for some personal reasons, yes, but moreso out of civilizational concern for my fellow citizens of planet earth, who have been continuously betrayed by these heresies and blasphemies.

but rather than fearing our society being run by people like Thiel and Co, I pray that God raises up warriors and leaders of the faith who will correct the latent and overt flaws of logic which manifest through any and all attempts to subvert the historically revolutionary legacy of Jesus Christ, who did command us to firstly love the Lord our God and, secondly, to love our neighbors as ourselves.

there are far too many rationalizations being made for war, and yet, so few being made for peace.

Bitcoin is the ultimate rationalization for peace; in fact, it was founded on the logic of peace, which surpasses all understanding.

we have yet to truly grasp the meaning of Bitcoin, but I believe that someday we will.

One last thing I have to ask... you appear to have inside knowledge on elon... what is your take on his tweet implicating trump and epstein... anything to that or simply more theater?

I think Elon is a master grandstander and deflector who utilizes the truth as a weapon, even if just a miniscule grain of it, and only in opportune moments, as he was trained to do, and Trump recognizes this, having distanced himself from Epstein long ago.
