It's been tough, but I've done carnivore the last two years from 1Jan to Easter each year (I like sweets too much, so maybe this year I can make it last longer). During those times, I lost excess weight and reduced aches and pains significantly. Friends said I looked much healthier. I had more energy. I had more strength and endurance. There were significant benefits all around. Maybe this year I can make it a permanent thing. We'll see. I highly recommend the carnivore lifestyle. Try it for as long as you can. If you can make it for at least a month, you will see a difference.
