I am constantly in pain but push through arthritis without big pharma’s poison. I do Construction everyday and workout hard 3-4 days week. No one has any excuses for not getting in shape! I used to do drugs and run with gangs, did a half decade in prison. Overcame all kinds of trauma from misdiagnosed fractures in my neck and spine. I don’t want to hear anyone’s excuses about not working out. Enough pussy talk get the fuck up and get some! LFG!
