Now tell me again how you still live in a democracy in Europe. EVERYTHING, for 27 countries, is decided by the Commission and your national elections are just there to maintain the illusion of democracy. If you get to vote that is.

the emergency this is about is referenced in ยง115 GG paragraph 2. It is not to be confused with the emergency states defined in ยง91, 115a, 35 GG.
The said paragraph ends with defining the process to exceed federal credit limits e.g. due to a external emergency. That's all this is about.
