For Valentine’s Day lunch we had a wonderful Thai feast from Neisha Thai.

I can definitely recommend their food, especially the moo dadd deaw, but the white chocolate mousse dessert was not it. I love white chocolate, but I’m a little picky about it.

So I took the white chocolate I had at home and made one of my favorite desserts that uses it instead.

Mix a bit of light honey with labneh or Greek yogurt, put fruit on top (I usually use raspberry, but strawberries and lychees were very delicious today), and finely grate a large amount of white chocolate over all.

Of course I used my homemade labneh 😁 this latest batch was very smooth and good.
