I don't really think pricing things in the money that I use for day to day things is Fiat thinking.

The dollar sucks, but it's currently a bit easier to live with it as your real world value framework since it changes value a bit slower.

The time will come when that is no longer true tho

Yes. 1K sats is already serious amount of #Bitcoin. For all of us who been through at least one full cycle, thinking in sats is always ON.
