Common w metabolic issues.

Good to know. Thoughts on steps to improve that? I’ll dmor, but I’m generally heathy and exercise regularly so idk what I’d be looking to change 🤷‍♂️

For context; my breakfast is usually a cappuccino and a banana. I’ll have a couple eggs sometimes, but I hardly want more than a banana.
