I got the ducks in the smoker. I think they should be done in 4 to 5 hrs. Smoking at around 250 degrees.

I use a temp probe, my little smoker has one so not sure of the calculation.

Just wanted to ask how they turned out. Looks good.

There ducks turned out good. They were a bit dry, but not tough. Next time I'll pluck them.

They look burnt but they didn't have a burnt flavor.

Smoking duck tastes way better than just baking it.
