to justify what you feel now.

But ask yourself:

**“Where is this really coming from?”**

You’ll often find:

The real cause is already gone.

The story is just a scaffold —

built to keep the feeling alive.

You’re not solving the emotion.

You’re feeding it with fiction.

**You’re haunting yourself with your own echoes — and calling it truth.**
