A new hair color every week or two shows internal chaos. At least the tattoo is a long commitment to something, whether they intended it or not. If the choice was between a loser that avoids pain at every chance they get or this, I would take the rib tattoo woman 10/10 times.
Not sure who is quoted but whats with the emotionless language of "human female"?
