I have avatars disabled anyway. If their posts themselves aren't AI generated then I want to retain the opportunity to roast them.

Amethyst lets you disable a bunch of forms of media.
Unfortunately profile banners and custom emojis can't be disabled. It would also be nice to be able to whitelist posts, but whatever.
