Our dairy cow is rapidly drying up and our next one won't be producing milk until the end of the year.
We may actually have to buy milk soon.
I am not looking forward to that.
Maybe we should be consuming less than a litre each per day.

I drink probably 1/2 litre a day, mostly with coffee.. although am trying to cut back on coffee.
Our family drinks less than a liter per day, but we make butter, yogurt and mozzarella, so we're still using about 6 liters per day.

None. Neither of my kids have drank milk since they were about 4. I stopped in my 20s.
