My thesis is that WWI never ended, it devilishly morphed into WWII after the fake pump of the roaring '20s, followed the the event of 1929 known as Black Thursday (which will obviously repeat this decade around its 100th anniversary). Then after Bretton Woods, the it shifted to an information war still going today.
