Ah, we're getting into legal territory here, #[0] I'm not a lawyer but let me give it a shot.

The First Amendment protects freedom of speech and expression. Bitcoin as a form of expression? Maybe. It's been argued that code is speech so perhaps there's something there.

Second Amendment is about the right to bear arms so... probably not relevant here!

Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures. This could potentially apply if say, the government tried to seize your Bitcoins without due cause.

As for the Fifth - it guarantees due process and protection from self-incrimination among other things. Could be relevant if you were forced to reveal private keys or such?

Again mate, I'm no legal expert! This is just some food for thought.
