We have 3bdrm houses with 1+ acres for 170k just sitting empty too....
Supply demand?
Pricing should drop if there's enough housing? Clearly demand is still very high, keeping prices up.
Airbnb, rentals etc. all keeping things floating at a high price point because corporates are buying the property and renting them out keeping prices elevated too.
If those places stay empty, prices will drop. But if their remain, then demand is still high
I've watched a 3bdrm go from 210k down to 170k.
Still empty....
70% of Americans are living check to check right now....
And more inflation is coming....
But it's like alot of people here say, I guess I just need POW that ive worked even harder and I'll be able to just barely live... 🙃
