Anyone in Hofheim Main Taunus County in Germany atm 🇩🇪? Friend of mine told me she could not buy a subway ticket to downtown frankfurt just because the tickets from now on can only be payed with PayPal? No cash, no credit card? What? Can anyone confirm?

Sure, she is from Poland and not super tech savvy, her daughter actually bot her the ticket with an app. Anyway, no cash anymore. Obviously. But not sure what went wrong. No cash would be insane
