Consensus is not to change numbers. That wud be so dumb. Some maxi post change numbers on GitHub disc, it get downvotes ofc, then they feed screenshot saying ‘look’ totally out of context. Those txs will either will be included in index at a given block height, or discarded.
I say discard as most people already reinscribed when it didn’t index.
