For this setup we are using a combination of Roll 20 and DND Beyond (both browser based) with browser extension for crossover.

I personally use Fantasy Grounds when I DM. Its great for auto rolling situational, concentration, handling effects, turn countdowns, hyperlinking, maps, and built in notes

Depend on ruelset. During COVID the Pathfinder 2e dev community went gang-busters. Has been a while since I tried but they had most things automated.

One day when my time is freed, I'd like to return to contributing to entertainment software like TTRPG stuff.
