Unlimited fiat access still means fiat value go down. So then you have to convince someone to take it for things and in that environment it doesn't matter how much fiat you offer nobody is going to want it, as they will see the game for what it is, you getting stuff for free while everyone else has to work for it. Those that are desperate for bitcoin maybe in the short term , will try to do what is old ( attack another to try and steal) but when they see that this is a fruitless endeavor ( they don't get any bitcoin trying to attack people) as attack is risky behavior and alienating from the rest of society they will inevitably figure out its better to just cooperate with others than to do crazy risky shit
