When the transaction fails you get an instant pop up to submit a support ticket, and an automatic email is generated promising a reply within 24 hours.

I'm fighting a weird fight. So what would you suggest since customer service didn't work? We take it to Nostr maybe they'll react? I see they're tagged here on this post. I messaged them on Telegram and it also took them two months to reply, to basically say itโ€™s still broken and maybe it will get fixed in a future update.
