My monthly rent is 3.75% my income. I live in a single room shared with another guy, and work from a co-working space for Bitcoiners, so I'm only in my place at night to sleep
Mortgage - 8% of my monthly salary
1/3 excluding bitcoin appreciation. Retired.
Decreasing every year due to debasement and 30 year fixed mortgage.
