I've never seen that, but looks like it's blocking BTCPay, which nostr:npub1fq8vrf63vsrqjrwqgtwlvauqauc0yme6se8g8dqhcpf6tfs3equqntmzutuses to accept donations on the page...he'd have to chime in though, don't know
