- Pearl

- Maxxxine

Pearl in particular soso cool (better to see X first cause there are a lot of references), didnt see any good "horrors" that didnt sucks from hereditary.

Try

-Midsommar (next one by Ari Aster)

-Oddity

-Longlegs

appreciated a lot midsommar (less then hereditary, but still good, amazing visuals).

Will see the others two.

Also I'm curious to see the last from Ari Aster, heared controverse things about it (and lost the first projection with Ari Aster in the theater some months ago, dammit... now I'll go in full pirate mode in the torrents sea...)

I enjoyed Beau is afraid. Very different from the two others. More stressful than scary

Have you seen the witch (robert eggers) or The House that Jack Built (Lars von Trier) ?

I saw the witch but sleeped cause was so tired, will do a rewatch...

The house that jack built is my favourite film from the director that I love, I saw the first projection with Matt Dillon sitted two meters from me. It seemed really really strange in the presentation pre-film, seemed like in depression, IDK if it was part of the character and was just acting...

Was one of the best day of my life and the hall wasnt even full and payd the ticket like 9€, in a theater at 20 minutes from were I was living... still cant realize what happened, was like one year before the Italian distribution... woke up in the morning and discovered that there would be the new Von Trier film for a special projection, and the night was sitting near Matt Dillon.

That’s amazing about the screening!

What a crazy movie too

(The Witch is a masterpiece)

will absolutely give a second chance to the witch 😅👌

The biggest horror of "The Witch" to me were the conditions they had to live in

I liked "It Follows" and "Empty Man"

It follows was so good, will add empty man to the list👌

I also found "Barbarian" to be satisfying in its structure (the director was writing it without the big picture so each plot point was following the previous one)
