Would def try freeze-dried tomatoes, but seedless
I think you may like them with seeds as well.
I stopped eating tomato seeds for health reasons.
You know of any seedless varieties?
No, but they're so easy to de-seed. When you cut them in half, you just cut a tiny slit at the top between the two halves, then push your thumbs into both hemispheres and the seeds and gel splooge out 😁
