The build:
-New prop shaft and shaft seal.
-48v battery system
-12kw electric motor
Also to be done due spring:
Rudder, rails, mainsail boom (might order one in aluminium)
Ah, so you're going all electric?
Yes, might eventually have small generator to extend the motoring range.
I've got a small 500w turbine that I hope to repurpose for that same reason eventually.
