Trump describing the “email ultimatum” sent out last week by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to all federal employees, as “genius” to reporters earlier today; the Trump Administration has now notified federal agencies that responses to the email are totally voluntary and are not required, while also stating that threats of “forced resignation” if they do not respond are false and will not take place.
