If I was a Bitcoin accepting business I would NEVER use a custodian app or other 3rd party apps for payments. Telling your customers that you cannot accept their payment cause, you know, the wallet is having some issues... is just bad for business. It's ok for zapping memes but unacceptable from a business perspective.

I like the idea of offering different levels of security for different amounts like Zues is doing.

The one and only transaction that I most recently made for a sale was on coinos. Everything else came directly through me using my node. Never again will I do this.
