On linkedin, I’m starting to see a few written posts that are totally dissonant in style and tone than what I’ve seen from those posters before.

I suspect they’re getting an assist from AI.

Makes me wonder…

Do you hold written posts/articles that are given an assist by AI in the same esteeem as totally “manually” written articles?

Especially thought/idea heavy ones.

My initial instinct is that the more the written piece delves into ideas and so-called thought leadership, the more disingenuous it is to post it as one’s own, if assisted by AI.

On the other end of the spectrum, data-heavy posts seem more like fair game to me.

What do you think?

So far, it seems I can still tell which articles have a heavy AI input, if not totally AI generated from subject prompts. What cues me in is lack of chronological accuracy in the narrative, and repetition of certain details where they don’t quite fit into the story and the AI is still trying to make it fit.
