If you’re on blood pressure or diabetes meds you WILL have to taper them in short order. Let your Dr. know so he can help you deprescribe them.
Add salt 🧂 to the eggs, meat, bacon etc. to counteract the water and electrolyte loss especially for the first few weeks.
Expect some energy level changes for a few weeks as your body ramps up fat burning enzymes and lowers carb burning enzymes.
If you eat vegetables keep them green and above ground varieties.
