E.g. ensure nip-17 is the standard on all apps that have DMs, and that “it just works”?

Does nip17 work on any major iOS client by now?
Still no. And even nip17 has issues. I can't DM between Amy & Yaki, even though they both use nip17. I only reliably DM between other users of Amethyst.
So the answer is, it want it to just work smh. This is unbearable since forever.
