No trackers in Amethyst app

The only trackers you will see is from users dharing links with UTM codes

But we use zap on amethyst app p

Amethyst can connect to your own node or wallet like alby. Some apps ask for your phone or email like primal wallet

Is alby safe to create a LN address?

Yes you can use your own node with it

Ok thanks and btw does nostr consumes more data?

Yes because clients do all the work, not the server. Clientd like your phone pull data constantly from the relays you connect to.
