Okay…is the idea of a bitcoin exchange company destroying satoshis every time they make a commission to give back to the #bitcoin community a good or bad idea?
Bad idea. Two better options: keep the profit and invest it in something of actual value, or reduce fees for users by whatever amount you would’ve chosen to burn. I wouldn’t want to pay more for transactions just to know a company is claiming to destroy sats.
