Sleep apnea/asphyxiation dreams are the worst. They’re like Nightmare On Elm Street except you really can’t breathe.

Fucking horrible.

Oh yeah, morning.

There's a medical device that can fix it. Probably covered by the NHS?

I have one, this morning it wasn’t helping. I’d possibly twisted up or blocked it somehow in my sleep.

How does it attach?

A small device that fits under my nose. I tried a bunch of others but they’re so big and noisy I can’t sleep.

Any alternative treatment like cryotherapy?

Where they freeze me after death or I cry about it? Not heard of that before… a friend recommended oil pulling but it didn’t really work.

Open to ideas though. Fucking horrible when I get these nights.

It's a cold chamber. Forces you to breathe differently. It's used by athletes. You can DIY it with an ice bucket challenge

Interesting… I’ll look into it.
