Majority in favor of deferring eur membership admission(ranges Ive seen are 60-80% in favor of deferring).

Decision to join was taken without referendum. It is suggested that the current administration has undertaken anti-constitutional action by not implementing the referendum in the next elections.

Disgusting, sorry to hear that.

I was surprised that Croatia joined; it feels that it must be obvious that it's just a tool for losing your monetary independence..

I am not familiar with 🇭🇷.

In case of 🇧🇬 ruling class has different incentives than most people.

I found this about CRO - 55% pro.

I know about Czech Rep. - in there, it's maybe 40% pro: 60% against. Mostly the young city liberals would love it, amongst the rest, there's a lot of opposition against anything from Brussels, and there's also solid portion refusing on the economics ground (Eurozone being much more indebted than CZ, and the loss of ability to tailor interest rate policies specifically to CZ). But I'm afraid it might suddenly flip in next few years. City liberals are on a high horse now.

Either way, glad we can opt out. All these are just different levels of shitcoin.
