You consider them as valid. I consider hate as fraud and spam. Therefore I report them as this. I hope everyone reports notes they identify as spam or hate or other malicious behavior as well.
This is a normal behavior to speek up against untoleratable content and favour great content. When everyone does this more, everyone profits in the long run.
